Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (CPA Compliance)

• Cooling-Off Period: Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or store credit (less return shipping fees).

• Defective Products: Products carrying a manufacturing defect within 6 months of purchase qualify for a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Protection Act.

• Exclusions: Custom-ordered hardware, consumable items, or items damaged due to user negligence, power surges, or unauthorized repair attempts are excluded from standard returns.
