Shipping and delivery
Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in South Africa by courier, to your home or work address. We don't ship outside South Africa.
Delivery cost
- Free delivery on orders of R500 or more.
- R99 on orders under R500.
The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
- Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment.
- Courier delivery then takes about 2–5 working days, depending on where you are.
- Most orders arrive within 3–7 working days. Outlying areas can take a little longer.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders paid by EFT are dispatched once the payment clears.
Tracking
Once your order is on its way, we'll send you the tracking details by email.
If there's a problem
If your parcel is late, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us and we'll sort it out. Please check the parcel when it arrives and tell us about any damage within 48 hours.
